The Sr Advisor, Procurement Governance will play a key role in supporting the Procurement function by designing, delivering, and maintaining training programs that enhance understanding and compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and systems. This role will sit within the Procurement Governance team and will contribute to process excellence by creating training programs mapped to procurement processes and developing clear, user-friendly internal documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training materials reflect current system capabilities and updates.
  • Support the development and delivery of digital learning content through platforms such as SharePoint, LMS, or other internal systems.
  • Manage and maintain content on the Procurement SharePoint site, ensuring information is current, accessible, and aligned with governance standards.
  • Develop learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Deliver system-specific training sessions, including procurement tools and platforms, to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
  • Deliver a combination of in-person, virtual and ad-hoc training sessions for various procurement workstreams.
  • Facilitate workshops and onboarding sessions to ensure consistent understanding of procurement policies and tools.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content based on feedback, learning performance metrics.
  • On an as needed basis, collaborate with subject matter experts to map end-to-end procurement processes using standardized tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain internal process documentation, ensuring alignment with governance standards and compliance requirements.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement and support change management initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand training needs and tailor content accordingly.
  • Act as a point of contact for procurement training inquiries and support.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and compliance within the Procurement function.
