You will play a crucial role in providing expertise in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions. You will use your mastery of data analytics to develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy at Honeywell. You will report directly to our ISC Analytics Manager, the role will be based in San Luis Potosi, operating on a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely.
In this role, you will impact decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful execution of a comprehensive data strategy for the Integrated Supply Chain organization, including data collection, engineering, storage, visualization and maintenance, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from supply chain data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align supply chain analytics with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Identify and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization, reporting, and monitoring of supply chain KPIs.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks through data analysis, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
