Job Descriptions – Sr Advanced Embedded HW/SW Design Engineer – ATE / Electronic Test (12–18 Years) Job Summary We are looking for a Embedded Engineer with 12–18 years of experience in embedded systems design for ATE and aerospace electronic test systems. This role is responsible for leading complex embedded hardware and software development programs covering architecture definition, detailed design, integration, documentation governance, deployment support, MSA readiness, electronic test strategy contribution, and test process compliance for aerospace products. The ideal candidate should have strong depth in controller-based test subsystems, firmware/software architecture, instrumentation-based interfaces, cross-functional leadership capability, and experience in high-reliability development environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and development of complex embedded hardware and software solutions for aerospace electronic test systems. Ensure project governance, technical compliance, and cross-functional coordination throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.
