Description

As a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our manufacturing processes and driving innovation within the aerospace sector. Your expertise will help shape the future of our manufacturing operations, ensuring operational excellence and cost efficiency. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Manager and you’ll work out of our Kanata, ON location. In this role, you will operate as the AME team lead, working closely with the leadership team to drive daily operational excellence by coordinating cross‑functional communication, managing production priorities, and ensuring key performance indicators are consistently met. This role serves as a central point of alignment between Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 teams, ensuring issues are escalated, tracked, and resolved efficiently. The Team Lead will also oversee capital and WARP management activities to support long‑term equipment and resource planning.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will lead AME operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and meet key performance indicators. The role also involves managing production priorities, overseeing capital equipment planning, and ensuring efficient resolution of manufacturing issues.
