Job Title: IT Project Engineer

Pay Rate: $60–$85/hr (Depending on experience)Role Overview:BEPC is seeking an experienced IT Project Engineer to lead and manage engineering-focused IT projects from conception to completion. This role requires a strong background in project management, cost account management, and technical oversight of both hardware and software systems. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for executing complex initiatives within budget, scope, and schedule, while ensuring technical compliance and operational excellence.This position is fully on-site and is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured engineering environment and excels in cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of engineering IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Perform engineering evaluations and oversee technical deliverables, integrating both software and hardware systems.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules using cost account management principles.
• Utilize Microsoft Project for tracking project plans, resources, and progress.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions by reviewing reports and collaborating with internal teams.
• Provide leadership to project teams and potentially direct the work of junior staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:REQUIRED:

• 4–6 years of experience in IT engineering project management or a related technical role.
• Proven experience managing both hardware and software initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Strong background in cost account management.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
