JOB TITLE: SR ADVANCED PROGRAM/PROJECT ENGINEER

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)
Work Arrangement: On-site full-time for first 6 months; then hybrid (up to 2 days remote/week)
Pay Rate: $64/hour (based on experience)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sr Advanced Program/Project Engineer will oversee the design, development, and execution of aerospace projects. This role combines technical leadership with program management to deliver innovative propulsion solutions, including turbofan, turboprop, turboshaft, and electric propulsion systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in engine design, turbofan/fan module design, engine module lead roles, and aircraft integration or propulsion certification/testing.
  • Experience with EVMS, cost account management, Jira/Agile tools, and requirements-based systems engineering.
  • Experience working with aircraft OEMs and key stakeholders.
    Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Local to Phoenix, AZ or willing to relocate quickly.

  • Project Management: Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals.
  • Technical Oversight: Supervise design and analysis activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
