DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Serve as product expert for assigned destinations. * Coordinate marketing initiatives for new product and promotional launches. * Validate and distribute itinerary updates; ensure product information is accurate across all marketing and training channels (website, brochures, email, collateral). * Manage promotional offer accuracy, pricing, and terms across all channels. * Align product marketing priorities with Revenue Management insights. * Research and monitor competitive product activity, including itineraries, pricing, promotions, onboard programs, and positioning, to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy. *  Support development and execution of new theme cruises with Sales, Operations, and Marketing. *  Support internal and external inquiries via AskMarketing inbox. *  Moderate Webinar Wednesday sessions as needed. *  Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; Project Management Software, Database Software, Internet Software, Spreadsheet Software, Word Processing Software, Electronic Mail Software, Presentation Software, Phone Software  Other skills required: *  Proficiency in Asana and/or other project management tools * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Excellent attention to detail COMPETENCIES Inclusion & Respect - Demonstrates respect for diverse perspectives and backgrounds; fosters a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace; actively supports equity, belonging, and mutual understanding.
