Job Summary We are seeking a Technical Lead with 3 + yrs of experience in Commercial Gen AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and a good understanding of Billing and Revenue Management. Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to enhance business processes and outcomes. Oversee the integration of Commercial Gen AI technologies into existing systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members ensuring high-quality deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI applications in Billing and Revenue Management. Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI technology deployment. Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems making adjustments as necessary to optimize results. Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster a culture of continuous learning. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Drive innovation by staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies. Support the development of project plans and timelines ensuring timely delivery of AI solutions. Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging AI to create impactful solutions that benefit society. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Commercial Gen AI technologies and their applications. Demonstrate experience in Billing and Revenue Management is a plus. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Show proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive business outcomes. Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until Nov 3rd , 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
