In this role, you will lead product strategy for AI solutions designed to enhance patient experiences and improve clinical outcomes. You will oversee the product lifecycle from concept to execution, collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deployment of AI capabilities. This is an impactful role that requires strong technical fluency in AI and ML, as well as the ability to innovate while maintaining patient safety. Your efforts will directly contribute to the enhancement of operational performance within healthcare settings, making a real-world impact on patient care. \n Accountabilities Oversee the product roadmap for a defined set of AI capabilities within the broader AI portfolio. Evaluate AI use cases in consideration of priorities, clinical outcomes, and operational needs. Translate complex business problems into articulated product requirements and success metrics. Conduct market and technology research to stay current on AI trends in healthcare. Lead cross-segment AI pilots from concept through validation and adoption. Define testing and validation approaches for both technical performance and utility. Maintain a business-aligned AI backlog, prioritizing work based on impact and feasibility. Guide end-to-end ownership of assigned AI products through launch and monitoring. Requirements 5+ years of experience in product management, AI and ML product development or related roles. Bachelor's degree. Well-developed technical foundation in AI and ML concepts. Experience delivering AI-powered products from concept to production. Ability to navigate AI governance and regulatory requirements. Strong product judgement with analytical rigor and user-centered thinking.
