Job Description

Seeking analog, mixed-signal design engineer to work with the Renesas DDR Design Team. Responsibilities include:

  • designing blocks from the ground up and both owning and assembling macros from sub-block designs
  • working knowledge of SERDESand Analog Front End design principles is preferred.

Duluth, GA; Durham, NC; Ottawa, Canada Hybrid workenvironment

Qualifications

  • FinFET Experience Preferred
  • MS EE + 2-3 Years Experience OR PhD EE or equivalent
  • Analog & Mixed Signal Proficiency
  • Cadence Virtuoso Schematic, Layout
  • Cadence ADE-XL or Maestro Simulation
  • RC Parasitic Extraction (QRC, StarRC)
