Description
Lead advanced data analysis projects, applying statistical models and predictive techniques. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in analytics. Develop actionable insights and recommendations for senior business stakeholders. Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations. Partner with business leaders to identify new opportunities for data-driven improvements. Present pre-sales insights in concise narratives, visuals, and recommendations tailored to advertiser goals; build sales-ready decks and dashboards. Query large-scale first-party datasets (SQL) and build reproducible Python workflows to surface audiences, pathways, category trends, and whitespace. Support pre-sales discovery, RFP responses, pilots, and QBRs; quantify expected/realized impact with clear measurement plans. Partner with Sales to identify insight opportunities that unlock upsell/renewal; track how insights influenced decisions and spend. Collaborate with Product/Marketing on thought-leadership content (vertical insights, seasonal trends) that scales across accounts. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years in client-facing analytics, marketing science, or insights within ads/marketing technology, platforms, or consultancies. Excellent client-facing presentation skills and demonstrated ability to influence non-technical audiences with a “so what?/what next?” mindset. Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with visualization tools; and building executive-ready narratives. Working knowledge of ads measurement (e.g., lift, experiment design, attribution concepts) and comfort designing practical, business-friendly analyses. Experience supporting enterprise advertisers or vertical-specific storytelling (Retail, Tech, CPG, Travel, Finance, etc.). Familiarity with experimentation tooling and basic statistical concepts. Portfolio of decks or dashboards showcasing insights-to-story translation and commercial impact.
