Job Summary This role provides support to Marketing Teams and is responsible for transforming campaign data into reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to help drive key business decisions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Measure and report on the performance of campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs) and provide recommendations to improve performance for key stakeholders Analyze campaign performance, identify customer trends, and present data-driven recommendations to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention Review and analyze all marketing efforts including performance by individual campaign channels to identify successful elements and continuously identify opportunities for improvement Use historical data to forecast trends and support decision-making regarding business strategy, budgeting, and resource allocation Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for data visualization Work closely with functional groups– data science & engineering, business intelligence, brands, channels, product, loyalty and marketing - to help formulate strategic direction of marketing efforts 2. Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity on exploratory data analysis Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, interpret data, and process observations into actionable recommendations Familiar with data visualization as method of presenting findings to stakeholders. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar Hands-on experience with coding using statistical software or programming languages (SQL, Python) to analyze structured datasets and answer business problems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Effective communication skills including presentation skills. The job will require frequent interaction with stakeholders. Ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
