As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading the efforts to document all current procedures and processes for Finance, HR and Legal working with the Select Medical existing teams. Leveraging your expertise, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring documentation reflects the current processes, identifies all key controls and allows for UAT test case development. The documented solutions align with organizational objectives, deliver value, and enhance transition capabilities. Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of business process and connection to technology and people, to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and enhancement. Create and define business process diagrams and other related artifacts Create any required product documentation Collaborate with Select Medical and Concentra leadership and functional SMEs to document current state processes and dependencies for all business functions identified. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Develop SOP documentation for all core processes of each identified functional area working with SMEs Develop UAT test cases scenarios for each identified functional area and process to all testing completion Establish a UAT test tracker, including all supporting documentation of testing, issue remediation and ensure compliance with audit requirements. Ensure solutions align with compliance standards. Create artifacts such as mapping documents, process flows and others to aid in definition of stories and shared understanding across business and IT on solutions/features Define and execute test plans, including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and resolve any issues before go live. Qualifications Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Experience in lieu of required education is acceptable 7+ years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related roles. Job-Related Skills/Competencies Requires superior teamwork skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Hands-on experience with HR systems. Must possess a personal sense of urgency. Ability to effectively multi-task and adapt to changing business priorities. Superior customer service skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills are required. Excellent attention to detail. Experience within Product Management is preferred but not required Strong understanding of architecture and workflows. Expertise in requirements elicitation, documentation, and solution design. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
