This position is responsible for leading complex analyses, solving ambiguous problems, and making decisions to improve processes in order to drive strategic improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience – Required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Required.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, TRAINING, OR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study OR applicable work experience -Required.
  • Master’s degree – Preferred.
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills, including complex analytical modeling & insight generation – Required.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple, easily digestible manner to a range of audiences – Preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare and/or revenue cycle – Preferred.
Responsibilities

Analysis & Technical:

  • Leads complex analysis by aggregating data across multiple data sources utilizing advanced skills in analytics tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau.
  • Continuously learns new technical capabilities & recommends how they can be leveraged.
  • Subject matter expert for where and how to get data across multiple databases.
  • Evaluates the business impact of various efforts by building complex analytical models & determining variable assumptions.
  • Acts as a team resource for troubleshooting issues and QC’ing errors

Problem Solving:

  • Solves complex & ambiguous problems by breaking down key drivers and developing a robust problem-solving approach (ex. Identifies issues, recommends solutions & designs approaches for how updates across multiple interrelated systems can solve a business need; changes processes that impact work and prioritization across multiple teams, etc.).
  • Understands how metrics & processes across multiple businesses are interrelated and the implications of overall work on broader business objectives.
  • Goes beyond the initial analytical ask or problem to be solved based on initial findings.
  • Synthesizes key takeaways from an analysis, presents recommended actions, gains alignment & drives results by influencing change; viewed as team expert & recommends to others how to best visualize analysis results.

Project & Stakeholder management:

  • Effectively leads working sessions across multiple stakeholders.
  • Mentors others on building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Directs & executes on next steps for projects for which they are responsible.
  • Time is prioritized according to value & business need.

Mentorship:

  • Starts to provide direction and helps with others’ work; viewed as a mentor and expert across the team.
