Description
Your responsibilities will include: Analyze and interpret complex variable incentive plans to assess effectiveness, identify trends, and ensure alignment with business objectives and sales strategies Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide visibility into compensation performance across the Cardiology field sales team Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to sales leadership, executives, and other stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and executive-ready presentations Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all compensation-related reporting Support ad hoc analysis requests and provide actionable insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, streamline, and enhance compensation analytics and reporting processes Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field Minimum of 4 years' experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or compensation analytics High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to travel up to 5% of the time Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare industry Familiarity with sales structures and variable incentive models Experience supporting field sales teams in a matrixed organization Experience with Anaplan or other sales incentive software
