What will you be doing?

  • Develop: Develop and deliver regular reporting on business performance and customer behavior related to customer type, loyalty/rewards, purchasing behavior and email engagement.
  • Partner: Partner with marketing, product development, sales, finance and senior leadership, synthesizing analytical findings into clear, brand aligned recommendations to optimize revenue, marketing spend, product mix, and creative performance.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with CRM and loyalty teams to ensure the execution of growth strategies related to marketing automation, cohort/segmentation analysis, email, direct mail, SMS, etc. Collaborate with IT teams and Sr. Analyst, Marketing Database to integrate accurate data flows into our systems that power customer marketing reporting, including data auditing, testing and analysis.
  • Lead: Build automated reports and self-service dashboards to surface campaign performance and audience insights for stakeholders; encourage adoption of self-service tools through training and continued advocacy around a data-driven culture. Determine proper test setup (including sample sizes, KPIs, statistical methods) for promotions and communications across email, direct mail and SMS, and analyze results to guide decision-making.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer analytics, web analytics, CRM, CDP, direct/digital marketing, or related disciplines
  • Proven ability to extract, analyze and visualize data from complex customer databases
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to build dashboards and visualizations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for non technical stakeholders.
