About the Role Work with business users and other development teams to deal with technical solutions design, coding and deployment (e.g J2EE, Database and Web applications). Provide strongly maintenance support to make sure the existing Java applications running smoothly and efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. New Customer Operations Application development (30%) • Elicit and analyze business requirement. • Design and implement J2EE/Web application with team according to the functional specification. • Support and provide feasible solution for Customer Operations Applications to help business department analyze business process management more efficiently. 2. Systems Support & Maintenance (45%) • Troubleshooting for the existing Customer Operations Applications and ensure their stability. • Hands on incident management and follows up of application systems issues. • Ensure the incident is response and resolved within the SLA. 3. Project delivery (10%) • Engage in or lead project through the whole project lifecycle. • Well coordinate with internal and external team for project delivery on target. 4. IT Processes & User Satisfaction Improvement (15%) • Comply with IT standard processes to build Applications to improve on working efficiency. Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering related discipline 2. 5+ years of experience in programming in JAVA stack and open frameworks, such as Spring boot, React/Vue, Mybatis, Redis, MQ. Have the experience in Alicloud, tomcat, K8S 3. 5+ years of SQL developing experience in popular database such as MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL etc. 4. Solid understanding of the following technologies (XML, Web Services, J2EE, Web App technologies, Single Sign-On) 5. Intranet-facing system/mobile application development and maintenance experience is preferred. 6. Customer Operations-related application development and maintenance experience is preferred. 7. Can manage multi tasks in parallel efficiently. 8. Be able to lead project team to deliver on target. 9. Quick learner and strong willingness in learning new technologies 10. Be able to work independently under a high pressure 11. Be able to work flexibly to take conference call or work for production support in non-working hours 12. Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills of both mandarin and English 13. Life insurance knowledge is preferred. 14. AI-related experience and technologies are preferred: - Solid understanding of Spring AI programming - Hands-on experience with LLM development frameworks and tools (e.g., RAG architecture, LangChain, LlamaIndex) - Proven track record in delivering AI projects from concept to production Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
