Description

Lead advanced data analysis projects, applying statistical models and predictive techniques. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in analytics. Develop actionable insights and recommendations for senior business stakeholders. Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and data visualizations. Partner with business leaders to identify new opportunities for data-driven improvements. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in B2B, lead generation or marketing analytics. 3+ years of recent SQL experience with a deep understanding of structure and unstructured databases Bilingual capabilities are mandatory depending on respective region. Basic understanding of Python, R or other language to performance data analytical tasks Working knowledge in relevant technologies - Salesforces, Teradata, BigQuery, Notebooks Able to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment. Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork. Bachelor's degree (Computer science, Information technology, or a similar field.) - MBA or advanced quantitive degree is a plus.
