Position Overview:
Canada Goose (CG) is looking for a talented individual to take a proactive role within the global Insights & Analytics function. The Sr. Analyst, Insights & Analytics will support the Global Ecommerce business and its partners with the goal of driving the performance of canadagoose.com and unifying data across Ecommerce touchpoints. This role will empower data-driven decisions across the end-to-end commercial experience and provide insights to influence strategic business decisions based on changing consumer behaviors.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze website performance and identify opportunities to improve KPIs through funnel analyses, product performance analyses, and operational metrics analyses
  • Create comprehensive customer journey reports that track multi-touchpoint interactions
  • Create and maintain trade reporting that connects UX, Digital Product, Merchandising, Performance Marketing, and Brand Marketing functions
  • Review and refine (if necessary) current KPIs and micro conversion metrics
  • Review and maintain current measurement framework for new sites
  • Develop and implement metrics that effectively measure customer journey performance
  • Explore and suggest applications of emerging AI technologies for data analysis and automation
  • Serve as product owner for our digital analytics platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, ContentSquare
  • Ensure accuracy and hygiene of the data collected in GA4 and other analytics platforms
  • Work with and integrate multiple datasets from various sources (Order Management System data, Salesforce Commerce data, etc.)
  • Serve as product owner of our tag management platform: Google Tag Manager
  • Maintain and continuously improve our Data Layer, review and improve on current tagging methodology
  • Ensure that the current tagging is scalable and consistent across websites
  • Gather and share industry insights using various research portals and tools
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and methodologies in digital analytics
