Description

Performs SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision May act as an enterprise systems resource for entry level and developing colleagues 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Support HR Technology Administration, Mainetenance and release functions, including configuration, and optimization of HR system to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience, specifically ServiceNow. Additional Workday experience is preferred. Discuss with internal customers features and functionality to understand requirements and coordiante with additional techncial teams as needed to deploy changes. Experience or working knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) applicationis a plus, with the ability to collaborate on process automation and HR initiatives.
