    The Sr Analyst, Finance Operations (Process Improvement), under the guidance of Director, Finance Operations, will support all the departments under the office of the CFO in uncovering problems and opportunities for improvement that will assist the organization with scaling and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited university or college. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management, business analysis, and/or corporate planning within a large organization.
  • Experience with collaborating with C-Suite.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Must have working knowledge of waterfall and agile development methodologies.
  • Proficiency with MS Office products including some or all of the following Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio or Lucid Chart.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to design and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, capable of guiding and engaging teams to embrace change and drive positive outcomes
  • Ability to multi-task effectively without compromising the quality of the work.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented, organized, process focused, problem solver, proactive, ambitious, customer service focused.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for working with CFO departments to optimize business processes, improve efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste, reducing variability, enhancing overall quality and team member experience.
  • Process mapping and documentation of “as is” state. Identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies, research root cause, and present proposed changes “future state” / solutions to Finance Operations Department. Facilitate value stream mapping, and other process improvement documentation and activities.
  • Prepare status updates and presentations for management on the progress of lean initiatives, highlighting successes, challenges, and future opportunities.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies. Maintain documentation of current state and desired state process improvements.
  • Collaborates with the other functions within different stakeholders on the creation of simple straightforward content to assist with the rollout of department initiatives or improve understanding of existing processes.
  • Liaises with support and regional leaders to understand business needs as they relate to financial operations or corporate planning and recommends innovative approaches and alternative solutions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and training others in the business in the use of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools while working cross-functionally with departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the execution of various monthly meetings inclusive of complex and detailed agendas, presentations, reports, and on-site logistics.
  • Ongoing research of best practices and technologies within the health industry to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Participates in ongoing staff development activities and NSC activities which enhance both internal and inter-departmental relationships.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
