About OnSite Partners OnSite Partners’ mission is to empower each customer in achieving success through the design and delivery of collaborative, creative and comprehensive energy solutions.   Job Overview: This role, Sr. Analyst, will require strong command of discounted cash flow modeling, valuation mechanics, finance, accounting, and the levers that drive enterprise value. This role requires independent work, thought leadership, and the ability to collaborate across functions to gather and document inputs. The Sr. Analyst must be comfortable holding others accountable for timely, accurate data while advancing the thinking behind the analysis. Responsibilities: 1. Build and refine advanced financial models * Own DCF models: cash flow projections, discount rate logic, terminal value methods. * Design scenario and sensitivity structures that isolate true value drivers including the use of stochastic modeling. * Improve inherited models with clean assumptions, structure, and defensibility. * Incorporate project financing scenarios and mechanics for evaluation of those structures and levered performance. 2. Drive insights and advance the idea * Identify and quantify the variables that materially move valuation. * Bring forward recommendations to improve business outcomes, not just provide outputs. * Pressure-test assumptions using data, math, and first-principles reasoning. 3. Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs * Coordinate with teams to obtain volume, pricing, cost, capex, and operational assumptions. * Hold stakeholders accountable for accurate and timely inputs without owning the inputs yourself. * Translate diverse contributions into a cohesive model ready for leadership decisions. * Collaborate with tax and accounting specialists for applicable modeling projects and analysis. * Work closely with finance through modeling support. Qualifications – Skills and Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, accounting, business or applicable field.  * 3-5 years experience in modeling * Modeling expertise  * Experience in valuation, corporate finance, investment banking, PE, FP&A, or related. * Advanced Excel: dynamic structures, scenario engines, model discipline. * Full command of DCF math: WACC, capital structure, terminal value, cash flow mechanics. * Ability to work independently with analytical capability * Works autonomously and produces 90%-complete models before leadership review. * Breaks businesses into components that drive enterprise value. * Spots structural issues and value levers quickly. * Strong collaboration skills and accountability mind-set  * Strong cross-functional relationship skills; comfortable coordinating and nudging. * Holds others accountable for assumptions they own. * Synthesizes inputs into clear, concise, executive-ready analysis.
