ABOUT THE ROLE The Sr. Analyst on role is responsible for driving financial growth within Marketing, integrating financial strategy with media effectiveness to optimize budget control, product performance, and investments. Provides strategic insights based on industry dynamics, competitor landscape, and macroeconomic trends, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing marketing ROI. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the financial forecasting and budgeting for media investments and promotional expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Collaborate with Marketing teams to evaluate return on investment (ROI) for marketing expenditures and recommend cost-control measures to improve profitability. Conduct monthly financial closings and reporting, identifying budget deviations and potential financial risks. Develop product-level profit and loss (P&L) models to analyze profitability and guide pricing or investment decisions. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as marketing ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV) to assess business impact. Analyze media spend across digital, ATL (Above The Line), and BTL (Below The Line) channels, providing recommendations to enhance ROI. Work with media agencies to monitor campaign results, budget adherence, and overall media effectiveness. Act as a financial consultant for marketing stakeholders, advising on go-to-market strategies, promotions, and product launches. Develop and maintain financial dashboards for spend tracking, campaign performance, and brand/product metrics. Contribute to media mix modeling, brand health tracking, and attribution framework development to improve investment decisions. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field. 3–4 years of experience in FP&A, Marketing Finance, or Commercial Finance, with a strong grasp of financial principles and marketing dynamics. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and familiarity with ERP and marketing analytics tools like SAP, Oracle, Google Analytics, and Nielsen. Holistic view of how finance drives marketing performance and product growth. Deep expertise in media performance, ROI analysis, and cross-functional business partnering. Exposure to strategic decision-making in innovation, brand development, and commercial execution. Ability to influence business outcomes through data and financial insights. PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed environments, collaborating across teams. Strong financial acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to link financial metrics to marketing outcomes. Skilled in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, investment tracking, and budget management. A curious, problem-solving approach with the ability to challenge the status quo.
