Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.
As a Sr. IAM Analyst at Nutrien, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, and governance of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role is critical to ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access to systems and data across the enterprise. You will lead efforts to define and enforce identity standards, support access management initiatives, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of IAM principles, directory services, and regulatory compliance, along with the ability to influence change across a complex organization.

Responsibilities
  • IAM Governance and Operations:
  • Serve as the IAM Governance SME with a focus on directory services.
  • Develop and maintain account standards and oversee their implementation in Active Directory.
  • Lead the standardization of account types and enforce access management and control policies.
  • Support and guide stakeholders in meeting account governance requirements.
  • Coordinate with organizational change management (OCM), communications, and other teams to drive enterprise-wide adoption of IAM standards.
  • Access Management and Controls:
  • Help develop and maintain Conditional Access policies.
  • Support access management projects including revocation of access post-role change and permission grants.
  • Develop and implement authentication standards (e.g., WHFB, FIDO2).
  • Maintain and evolve policies related to digital identities, access management, and access control.
  • Strategic Enablement:
  • Lead the implementation and enforcement of IAM standards across the enterprise.
  • Provide thought leadership in the IAM governance space.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Contribute to Nutrien’s passwordless journey and other strategic identity initiatives.
  • Mentor Jr. IAM Analysts in order to grow Nutrien’s overall IAM maturity.
