Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members and stakeholders. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to optimize service delivery using ServiceNow platform capabilities. Oversee integration of ServiceNow with third-party tools and legacy systems, ensuring seamless workflows. Ensure adherence to best practices and governance in ServiceNow development and administration. Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors, facilitating clear communication and efficient project execution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Support ITIL-aligned processes and encourage adoption of ITIL best practices to enhance IT service management maturity. Required Skills and Experience: Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD modules, including configuration, customization, and implementation. Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM, encompassing event management, discovery, service mapping, and operational intelligence. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, and integrations. Understanding of ITIL framework and practical application in ServiceNow implementations is a strong plus. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in ServiceNow delivery. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM/HRSD/ITOM, and ITIL Foundation preferred.
