Job Description: Sr. Executive Assistant Sr. Analyst III Administration As the Executive Assistant in the GIS Organization, you will provide direct administrative support to senior executive leaders including calendar management, travel & expense management, communication and coordination. What You Will Do: Executive Partnership: Provide comprehensive strategic support to members of the GIS senior leadership team and stay attuned to their specific priorities and departmental ecosystems. Operational Excellence: Proactively identify process improvement opportunities, or "friction points" within the organization and take initiative to solve the opportunity at hand Global Coordination: Manage complex synchronization across global time zones, ensuring alignment between global stakeholders and driving meeting agendas to achieve actionable outcomes. Program & Project Management: Lead high-impact ad-hoc projects, planning and executing global leadership off-sites and large-scale initiatives that foster team culture and strategic planning. Logistics & Intelligence: Architect intricate domestic and international travel itineraries that maximize executive productivity. Handle sensitive, confidential data with a high degree of business acumen and discretion. Process Optimization: Partner with GIS People & Culture Business Partner and other senior executive assistants to improve administrative policies, ensuring they scale with a fast-growing, high-tech organization. Who You Are: A Seasoned Partner Executive Assistant: 4+ years of experience supporting C-suite or high-level Product/Technology leaders. Agile & Decisive: A self-starter/self-driven professional, you thrive in fast-paced environments, possessing the ability to pivot instantly and make sound decisions under pressure without requiring constant oversight. Tech Driven: Tech-savvy with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), take pride in your work and hold yourself to a high standard of excellence. Globally Minded: You are comfortable navigating international business time zones and working in partnership with colleagues across the globe in completing assignments. Responsibilities: Directly supports senior level executives and their respective organizations as needed Manages day-to-day calendars of senior management Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls across global time zones May prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents Coordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travel Prepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Concur Travel and Expense system Process and follow-up on Virtual Requests Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed Train and mentor other administrative staff when required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous office administration experience preferably within a large and complex Global IT services or similar organization Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills A "quick study" in learning new processes and tools/platforms Self-motivated and detail oriented Experience with Concur a Plus Other Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Administrative Professional, Certified Analytics Professional) is a plus Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $55,100 - $102,300. Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
