The Clinical Transformation Senior Analyst, IKC Clinical Programs will support the development of DaVita’s integrated care strategy and prepare the organization for a shift to value-based care.
In an integrated care environment, we aim to provide the comprehensive and preventative care each patient needs to be healthier in the new value-based healthcare world. This teammate will be an innovator and experimenter in developing this model and collaborating with several teams across the Village on this executive driven transformation. This position blends innovative strategic thinking with operational execution.
Core activities include creating analyses to generate insights and opportunity areas within our care model with a focus on hospitalizations, developing collaborative pilots and operational process flows to best care for our patients, and creating new field facing tools and reports for our operational leaders.
The Senior Analyst will work on a team of highly-motivated individuals with consulting, process engineering, change management, and/or clinical experience. This highly visible and cross-functional role will work directly with DaVita and IKC (Integrated Kidney Care) leadership.
