The IKC Operations Support Team – Sr. Analyst will be a key contributor in DaVita’s efforts to provide integrated care to patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). IKC’s mission is to deliver holistic care across the kidney care continuum by reducing hospitalizations, slowing disease progression, and guiding patients through care transitions through coordinated care and working closely with nephrologists and healthcare providers. The Operations Support team sits at the heart of the IKC operation, bridging connections between our care teams, reporting and product teams, strategy lane, and payor partnership teams. Our goal is to ensure seamless operations by providing essential support, advocacy, and connection across all facets of IKC. We strive to deeply understand IKC operations to effectively contribute to its smooth running and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, required
  • 3+ years of total work experience, required
  • Previous healthcare/project management experience, preferred
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, required
  • Experience with Cerner, HealtheAnalytics, Tableau, and Smartsheet, preferred
