It is both a strategic and a tactical position This role owns and is responsible for the day-to-day activities related to specifying, configuring, testing and deploying OMP and SAP Product Supply solutions to headquarters and factory-based functions of the Kraft Heinz Company. This person will be a capable experienced IT project team member accustomed to supporting Product Supply. Day-to-day activities include working with KHC IT partners to determine the correct model to use for the scenarios, configuring the OMP/SAP tools, testing the solution from unit testing, through system integration testing to acceptance testing and training HQ or factory-based users in both the KHC process and the OMP/SAP system to be used. As the configurator of the process, the role also includes ensuring all documentation, process flows, training guides, and materials are maintained and current. This person will interact with IT, the Data Management Organization and KHC Operations in order to deliver their goals. Main Responsibilities Manage the configuration, customization, optimization of OMP modules and integrate with SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA) for all business units globally. OMP functionality in scope for Kraft Heinz includes: Distribution Requirement Planning Master Production Scheduling Detailed Scheduling Material Requirement Planning Product Deployment Mult Echelon Inventory Optimization Aggregate & Scenario Planning · System Development: Lead in phases of design, validation, and deployment of OMP and Integration with SAP and other systems. · Develop & Test: Ensure functionality of modifications, reports, and system interfaces- testing for integration with other systems. · Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to ensure successful data and process flow across the project lifecycle. · Data Integrity Management: Ensure data integrity across systems, ensuring compliance with business processes. Support change management activities by assisting with development of training materials and documentation. Perform go-live cutover tasks such as loading the new system with data extracted from the legacy system. Potential Domestic and International Travel up to 30% Qualifications • Proven experience in OMP OPR module (DRP, MPS, DS, MRP, MEIO) and experience with Solvers, Multi-Users, and Dispatchers. Demonstrate time management skills. Ability to transform requirements into appropriate functional specifications to solve gaps. Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally. Ability to train and explain complex processes. Ability to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a “customer first” focus Ability to trouble shoot and identify root cause of system issues and software defects and remediate issues.
