Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that can influence and optimize advertising campaigns. Ensure alignment of campaign goals with data-driven objectives, effectively translating marketing efforts into analytics strategies. Provide oversight for external agency and partner reporting, ensuring impact of outsourced efforts and analysis. Build and document processes by fostering a collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning, innovation, and process improvement. Present data insights and trends during cross-functional meetings, showcasing the impact of the marketing's work on business objectives. Collaborate with media, creative, executional, and analytic teams to ensure data and analytics are seamlessly integrated into marketing's planning and strategy work. Stay current with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies to drive operational excellence. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 5 years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or related fields, preferably within an advertising or digital marketing agency. Strong knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, SQL). Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization software (Tableau, PowerBI), as well as data languages such as SQL, R, or Python. Demonstrated ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels. Excellent communication, presentation, and indirect management skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain flexibility while handling multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and digital campaign measurement. Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment. Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques is a plus. Proficient in MS Office
