Job Description To support the team lead to maintain the scope, responsibilities and materiality of Market Operations coverage in Korea. To perform settlement process for all cross product including FX, Derivatives, Fixed Income and Custody FX, To ensure the completeness of all transactions under the proper controls To co-ordinate with members in offshore service center to ensure daily operations is effectively performed To handle the queries from internal and external clients To provide best class customer service to internal and external customers Qualifications Good understanding of overall banking / operation procedure Preferable Treasury Settlement/ Operation fields Proficiency in MS Excel and Macro Tools Good communication skills with solid command of written and spoken English Strong team player Client Service oriented attitude Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with various departments and overseas offices
