QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Human Resources fundamentals, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compensation planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills a plus.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and maturity
  • Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
