Description
Collaborate with internal teams to influence the quality and efficiency of pricing processes. Analyze pricing data and market trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Oversee team performance and prioritize work to ensure timely completion of pricing initiatives. Develop reports and presentations to communicate pricing strategies and outcomes to stakeholders. Explore alternative solutions to pricing challenges and recommend appropriate actions. Influence sales leadership and other cross-functional teams in thinking through complex business models of extending our value props. Build financial & analytical nuances across the dimensions of customer segments, products, and markets to find the right balance of trade. Participate in deal review/approval process and adhere to agreed SLA with Sales partners. Be fully immersed in supporting the iterations of deal negotiation as a trusted partner to the sales team - sales pitches, term sheets and contracts, leadership presentations, etc. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within sales, product, finance, and other functional teams. Engage in the cadence/process of interactions, be a team player, and a positive influence on others. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years relevant experience in finance, pricing, payments, strategy, banking, consulting, investor relations, equity research, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree. Strong financial analytical skills. Excel is required, SQL is preferred but not required. Strong communication and presentation skills - Support leadership in synthesizing highly complicated / nuanced ideas and communicating them in ways others can easily understand (both oral and written). An understanding of payments product & technology is preferred and will go a long way in the success of this role. Highly dependable, with ability to drive things to conclusion in a dynamic and fast-paced organization. Proactive, resourceful and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
