POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sr. Analyst, Site Optimization will lead the site optimization strategy for a key client in the automotive industry. This includes owning and executing all A/B, multivariate, and personalization testing initiatives. In this role, you will leverage analytics platforms, data, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize and elevate the consumer digital experience. You’ll be responsible for program strategy, designing and analyzing tests, translating results into actionable insights, and clearly communicating recommendations to stakeholders. This position offers a direct opportunity to influence product management and digital marketing within a data-driven organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the subject matter expert for A/B and Multivariate Testing where you will own, manage and drive the testing program roadmap.
  • Manage client expectations and scope using an Agile/Scrum model for delivery of work.
  • Lead and collaborate with clients and development teams on ideation, creation, development, implementation, analysis, and recommendations for all testing initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level presentations that translate findings/results in a clear concise manner, highlighting learnings and actionable insights.
  • Analyze and communicate the effectiveness of new product launches, site changes, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Provide recommendations on actionable trends and insights to Marketing, Product, and Design teams.
  • Build, launch, and maintain test campaigns within the Adobe Target platform.
  • Configure test campaigns to integrate first- and third-party data, enriching audience targeting.
  • Define test campaign requirements and provide leadership in best practices for test construction and planning.
  • Partner with the business analytics and digital marketing teams to integrate and execute on a personalization strategy within the site optimization program.
  • Partner with development teams as needed to launch advanced features or site changes.
  • Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) on test campaigns before Product releases, checking for user experience and Analytics implementation integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline test campaign creation, leveraging frameworks from CMS or other platforms.
  • Develop appropriate analytics tagging strategy for Site Optimization Testing initiatives, product enhancements, and product launches.
  • Quantify successes of the site optimization program, identifying the incremental value earned from tests.
  • Foster an iterative testing and experimentation culture and mindset.
  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor weekly trends in user experience key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years combined experience with an A/B testing (e.g. Optimizely/Adobe Target) and an analytics platform (e.g (Adobe Analytics)
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Target
  • Strong understanding of test design principles, defining groups/recipes, setting hypotheses and success metrics, ensuring valid sample sizes, etc.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM manipulation to independently perform test setup
  • Program and project management experience
  • Excels at client relationship management
  • Experience working under an Agile/Scrum framework
  • Experience from a consulting firm or agency
  • Experience working within or with digital marketing teams
  • Working knowledge of standard statistical models
  • Experience with offline/online data integration
  • Strong communicator; excellent written/verbal communication
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. Identifies what needs to be done and has a bias toward action
  • Results oriented – strong focus on achieving revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
  • Functional understanding of JavaScript and ability to read standard HTML code
