About the Role
The Sr. Analyst, Strategic Finance is responsible for critical management and executive reporting and analysis. Requires communication with management across the company to track and convey performance on key financial and operational metrics. This position requires a high-level of productivity in a high-volume, multi-services, multi-national, financial data environment. The position is an integral part of the company’s overall management of the business.

What You Will Do

  • Manage key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, performance reporting, and others.
  • Reporting & Analysis with regards to P&L statement analysis, variance to budget / forecast, mix of business, market / industry updates, and others.
  • Apply an analytical approach to influence strategic decision-making, with a focus on modeling business cases for new and existing business lines
  • Partner with Sales Ops and HR to administer and optimize commission and variable compensation programs, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and alignment with business goals.
  • Architect monthly & quarterly business performance analysis (MD&A)
  • Research, analyze & report on business performance, industry / market trends, financial health
  • Provide support with preparation of C-suite and board level reports and summaries
  • Serve as a key business partner to key stakeholder engaged in the transformation of PRO’s business
  • Support and lead ad hoc projects to identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and define improvements to drive additional value for PRO
  • Detail orientated, with ownership and accountability for integrity of reports
  • Acting as a team player within Finance and across the organization is an essential trait that is necessary for success in the position

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field
  • Experience in Corporate Finance / Accounting / Strategic Planning / Analytics
  • Experience with complex corporate accounting data and reporting
  • Quantitative aptitudes and experience in building scalable solutions and processes to solve problems, strengthen internal controls, provide scalability, and increase quality.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Consistent success and career progression
  • Familiarity and experience interacting and communicating with C-Suite & Executive leadership.
  • Non-stop drive to continuously improve

Salary is between $85,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience, qualifications and location.
