WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Toyota’s Tech & Transformation department is seeking a passionate and motivated Sr. Analyst for our Vehicle Logistics Systems - Business Technology Solutions (BTS) group.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support our Finished Vehicle Logistics customers and systems through effective maintenance and ongoing improvement of vehicle logistics systems and associated business processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong customer service orientation, excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and experience working with multiple application systems. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment are essential, along with problem-solving and innovation skills in an Agile environment with a strategic mindset.
Reporting to the Manager, Vehicle Logistics Systems, this role will support the BTS group’s objective to develop seamless, timely, flexible, high-quality, and efficient finished vehicle logistics business solutions that respond effectively to changing customer needs, business disruptions, and volume fluctuations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage TLS systems operations and coordinate enhancements between OneTech and TLS users, ensuring value delivery through agile methods.
  • Lead and coordinate Systems Impact studies & Route Changes to support business initiatives.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify challenges and guide them in developing their own strategies.
  • Interface with TLS Field and HQ users, external vendors, OneTech, and other departments within Supply Chain as needed to support cross functional initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to business users on system enhancements or new technologies.
  • Support strategic partnerships with Transformation groups as we transition from legacy systems to new products.
  • Partner with TLS operations to develop business processes and tools to measure, analyze and continuously improve operations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the BTS group that enable us to be more standardized, efficient and innovative, especially with a particular focus on leveraging emerging tools and technologies.
