POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This role can be filled from one of the following locations:
Atlanta GA, Cleveland OH, Columbus OH, Dallas TX, Knoxville TN, Lafayette LA, Pittsburgh PA.
We are looking for an experienced Java backend, API developer to join our financial services team and provide leadership and hands-on integration expertise to our top tier US Bank clients.

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engagement with product analyst and solution architects to interpret functional specifications to develop innovative solutions.
Build secure, scalable and high-performance applications
Work in an Agile environment and actively participate in sprint/project/release planning to provide development estimates for the program.
Participate in requirements tuning and design reviews, sprint readiness and retrospective reviews and other inspections.
Develop and exercise implementation and unit test cases
Build technical documentation.
Communication with client stakeholders
Ensuring that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements.
Developing testable features with lean requirements and supervision.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
Strong knowledge in Core Java, Spring Core, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, Oracle SQLs, Junits (Must)
Familiar with Spring MVC, JSP, Jquery, Angular, Tomcat (Good to have)
Knowledge of Agile process, Expert knowledge of Java, REST API, SQL, SoapUI, UDeploy, Git
Familiar with various software architectural and design patterns.
Good Communication Skills (must have)
Continuously deploy and validate code in numerous testing environments as well as lead hotfix and production code releases. (Jenkins, UDeploy, OCP)
