The Position You will be responsible for applications Support. Your key responsibilities: Conduct operator training for end users after installation of instruments. Feedback to the sales team on the tests' usage of each new training instrument, to follow up the channel filling with sales team. Solve application / product problems promptly and completely and could provide a more comprehensive solution to the customer based on technology. Conduct product technical training for Sales / Engineers/distributors. Maintain/update products information promptly. Support Sales to achieve reagent sales target and product pre-sales bidding and new project promotion Visit Customer regularly, extend Roche value, consummate extended projects. Coordinate instrument installation with Service Engineer and Sales Work closely with Sales team and Service team to ensure customer satisfaction Basic Requirements of the Job: You should holds at least Bachelor Degree in Clinical Diagnostics or Appropriate Science or Medical discipline. Good presentation skill, analytic skill and training skill. You should have: 5 to 8 years of experience in hospital diagnostics laboratory and / or similar experience in the industry Customer Orientation & Relationship Management Internal Cooperation & Coordination Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
