REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree in Architecture.
· Minimum 10 + years’ Site Supervision experience.
· Site supervision experience for super high rise buildings.
· Knowledge of Dubai Authorities’ regulations.
· A background experience in an engineering consultancy in Dubai

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Experience in Auto CAD drafting for HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage systems.
6 years of experience, preferably high-rise building projects in the GCC region.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the site supervision of Contractor’s architectural and interior design works. Duties include inspection of the Contractors works
• Review and commenting on submittals, forwarding submittals to the concerned designer for response, obtaining samples and quotations when required, preparing reports and recommendations and coordination of all architectural / ID works with other disciplines
• Reviewing and authorizing his inspector’s daily reports, preparing his portion of weekly report and giving relevant input to the monthly report of his section of the project.
• Review all kind of site works submittals
• To report Quality Non-Conformances and to assist in closing out of the same.
• To report safety violations to HSE Manager during his inspections on site.
• To work with project site team.
• Coordinate and manage the technical input of other disciplines during construction stage
• Ensure the satisfactory management and control of inward and outward documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Previous experience in civil construction works and supervision or inspection of site works.
· Record inspections, tests, work executed.
· Monitor the review of the contractor’s documents/shop drawings to flag and rectify any issues which may affect the stability or function of any components or systems.
· Preparing daily logs and reports.
· Monitoring and ensuring that all civil/structural engineering aspects of the project are carried out as per inspection plan/drawings/codes and specifications.
· Monitor safety aspects when dealing with Civil/structural installations.
· Perform and or evaluate tests confirming quality requirements, civil/structural finishes and building components by conducting thorough site inspection for all civil/structural works as per approved shop drawings, specifications and method statement.
· Field checks placement, location and quality of civil/structural finishes, building structure components.
· Perform civil/structural inspections and material inspections.
· Ensure compliance of civil/structural l works to design requirements, specifications and project plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare accurate detailed drawings and layouts as per standards and requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other discipline to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
Maintain and update drawing records, documentation and backups.
