We are looking for a Senior Architect to join our team, bringing expertise in architecture with a strong understanding of engineering principles, to lead complex multidisciplinary projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Senior Architect at Pioneer Engineering , you will play a critical role in leading architectural design efforts while working in close collaboration with engineering teams. You will oversee the design, development, and execution of projects that blend architectural creativity with practical engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will bring both a deep architectural understanding and the ability to integrate architectural design with engineering systems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed Architect with 12-15 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on engineering consultancy projects.
• Expertise in architectural design and understanding of engineering systems (structural, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, engineering standards, and project management best practices.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination and integration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Experience with sustainable design and green building practices is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Lead and manage the architectural design for projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and engineering constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that designs are both functional and structurally sound, meeting all performance and compliance criteria.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of design concepts, feasibility studies, and detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Review project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Work with clients to understand project goals and expectations, and develop solutions that meet both architectural and engineering objectives.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams, ensuring quality control and continuous professional development.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution from concept to completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation meets the highest standards.
• Ensure the integration of sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and green building standards in all projects.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and project teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring project satisfaction.
