Then you will feel at home here! At Rituals, packaging is part of the brand experience. As Sr. Artwork Specialist, you take ownership of the packaging artwork process from design lock to final print proof. You make sure files are correct, consistent, compliant and ready for production without surprises at the printer. You will work closely with Innovation, Quality Regulatory, Sourcing, external agencies, suppliers and printers. You will manage several projects in parallel, spot risks early, such as timelines, technical constraints and legal text issues, and keep approvals moving. Key result areas: Artwork production (DTP prepress) - Brief, guide and manage the artwork process in line with brand guidelines and packaging standards. - Build and deliver print proof files, including preflight checks such as dielines, print specs, separations, barcodes, overprint, and bleed. - Coordinate proofing rounds including colour checks, corrections, and production validations. Project ownership and planning - Own timelines, deliverables and approvals across your artwork portfolio and keep stakeholders aligned. - Create clear briefs for agencies and suppliers and keep feedback cycles efficient and structured. - Maintain accurate documentation, version control and project tracking. - Help improve our artwork management system as the go to business expert. Stakeholder management and quality control - Align with Product Managers and Quality Regulatory on legal text and required pack information. - Flag risks early and propose workable solutions. - Safeguard consistency and execution quality across categories and launches. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, DTP, Packaging Design or similar. 3+ years of experience in packaging artwork production, FMCG or cosmetics is a plus. Strong Adobe skills with Illustrator essential, and confident working with dielines and print specifications. Proven experience delivering print ready files, coordinating proofs, and performing production checks. Structured and detail driven, comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders in parallel. Strong English communication skills and a direct, pragmatic, collaborative working style. Location and working conditions This role is based at our Central Head Office in Amsterdam. We work hybrid with an 80 percent on site and 20 percent work from home split.
