Description

職務目的: クリニカルアプリケーションスペシャリスト（以下CAS）は患者様のよりよい術後結果のため、承認されたアルコン製品の適正使用と安全性確保に関する顧客（術者やスタッフ）トレーニングを行う職務である。主な業務内容: 承認されたアルコン白内障・屈折矯正手術装置製品（エキシマレーザー、フェムトセカンドレーザー、検査器機を含む）の使用、導入のために、術者やオペ室スタッフの技術的な臨床トレーニング、教育、臨床サポートを提供する。承認されたアルコン医療器機の使用の問い合わせに関して、情報現場もしくは遠隔からの科学的、技術的な臨床サポートを行う。医療現場における全ての関連器機、及びソフトウェアアップデートの導入をサポートする。各施設訪問後48時間以内に、標準化されたレポーティングツール（Salesforce.com）にてCASマネージャーに明確で正確な報告を行う。全ての有害事象とデバイスの欠陥を特定し、会社のプロトコールに沿って安全管理部に報告する。未承認使用に関しては問い合わせを行う。術者からのフィードバック/情報に対して、根本原因の分析を要するケースにおいては、CASマネージャー、安全管理部と連携しながら報告に対処する。器機の新規納入や顧客サポート、トラブルシューティングにおいては、技術部のフィールドサービスエンジニアと適切に協力し合う。器械の新規納入や手術の顧客サポートのために、現場の器械販売担当者やディストリクトマネージャーと適切に相談しながらスケジューリングされた臨床トレーニングを実行する。製品の臨床評価については規定のコミュニケーションラインを通じてR&Dにコンスタントなフィードバックを行う。 SOP、倫理、コンプライアンスガイドラインに従って、アルコン医療器機関連情報に対するリクエストがあった場合に対応する。 CASマネージャーのリクエストに応じ、眼科学会、フェローシップ、会議、展示会、セミナー、ウェットラボの参加やサポートを行う。 SOPごとの管理者によって適切と判断されたデモンストレーションのサポートを行う。 ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
