As Senior Associate for Compensation supporting our Americas Region, you will be primarily responsible for developing and managing compensation policies, conducting market surveys, and providing strategic advice. This role will be based in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Developing proposals to successfully attract, engage, and retain top talent for Alcon Americas, including, but not limited to, job level/calibration, internal transfer offers, off-cycle adjustments, and custom action plans for targeted associate groups.
  • Conducting periodic country pay competitiveness health checks/heatmaps to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing business cases for exceptional compensation actions, e.g., during periods of hyperinflation, conflict, or transformations.
  • Collaborate with broader Compensation teams on annual deliverables for PGR, pay equity adjustments and survey participation.
  • Own annual review of country pays ranges, optimizing available market data.
  • Prepare ELT approval requests for senior roles below Executive levels ("ATL").
  • Contribute to design of Compensation training content to better resonate the Americas audiences. Deliver education sessions as needed.
  • Partner with Employee Relations on pay equity audits, ad hoc reporting, external certifications, and matters of interest to Works Council.
  • Participate in global RH transformation, HR system implementation, and/or M&A projects as needed.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of global Compensation Guidelines and Governance.
