For more information, please visit http://www.ixigo.com Job Description Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Associate – Corporate Development, preferably from corporates/ private equity / VCs, to support ixigo’s growth through M&A, strategic investments and partnerships. This role reports to the SVP, Corporate Development, and will play a key role in building investment theses, valuation models, diligence outputs, and decision materials that are presented to senior leadership, the investment committee, and the board. You will work closely with teams across Product, Engineering, Business, Finance and Legal. In addition, the role will contribute selectively to data-driven business insights and benchmarking to support strategic decision-making and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities Deal Evaluation (M&A / Investments / Strategic Opportunities) Evaluate potential acquisitions, investments and strategic opportunities Build structured theses, opportunity assessments and recommendation memos Analyze market structure, competitive landscape, unit economics and strategic fit Identify synergy opportunities and integration hypotheses with internal stakeholders Financial Modeling & Valuation Build and own detailed valuation models (DCF, comps, precedent transactions) Create scenario analyses for growth, margin and integration outcomes Support structuring analysis: cash vs stock, earn-outs, governance terms Partner with Finance to assess impact on financials and key metrics Commercial + Tech Diligence (AI-Native Lens) Drive diligence workstreams across business, product and engineering Assess product roadmap, data assets, tech architecture and scalability Evaluate AI-readiness and capability gaps (automation, personalization) Build ROI cases for build vs buy vs partner decisions Decision-Grade Materials Create crisp internal memos, decks and models for decision-making Support SVP Corp Dev in preparing materials for IC / board discussions Convert complex inputs into clear narratives, risks, and next steps Partnership Support Support evaluation and structuring of strategic partnerships Build commercial models, incentive structures and performance dashboards Support tracking and follow-through post signing Strategic Analytics and Benchmarking • Support periodic business intelligence and benchmarking analyses across core verticals Track and analyze key operating and financial metrics versus external peers Provide analytical support on strategic questions such as unit economics, margin levers, and capital allocation decisions Build concise dashboards and insight notes to support leadership decisions What We’re Looking For Must-have MBA from a top-tier institute (IIM, ISB, XLRI, MDI or an equivalent reputed institution). 2–5 years’ experience in one or more of: Corporate Development, Investment Banking (M&A), Strategy Consulting (growth / M&A heavy), Venture Investing (strong modeling) Strong financial modeling and valuation skills Strong written communication and structured thinking Ability to work effectively with product and engineering stakeholders Good to Have Experience in consumer internet / marketplaces / travel-tech Strong technical comfort (coding, analytics, ML exposure, or product build experience) Familiarity with AI-native product thinking and LLM workflows Additional Information Responsible for safeguarding sensitive company data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and for reporting any suspected security incidents in line with the organization's ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
