Job Description Responsibilities: Coordinate the new employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless integration into the organization. Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement. Administer employee benefits and handle leave requests in alignment with company policies. Address employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment. Monitor and track employee development and training programs to foster professional growth. Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures to ensure smooth transitions.
