Shift: Monday-Friday 1st shift
Pay: $40-$47/hr

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Planning/ scheduling experience
  • Experience in Maximo or similar CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) is a plus
  • Experience developing maintenance plans for construction is a plus

The Sr Associate Maintenance Planner will serve as a centralized resource solely dedicated to the efficient execution and oversight of work order administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and managing all work order-related tasks to ensure timely execution
  • Maintaining accurate records of work orders while ensuring adherence to operational protocols
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for work order-related inquiries and escalations
  • Collaborating with planners, schedulers, and JLL personnel to streamline communication and administrative processes
  • CMMS data quality monitoring and management
  • POC for Maximo/WO for audit or inspection requests
  • Manage Backlog meetings to discuss progress with work order backlog.
  • Provide CMMS guidance and training as needed by request
  • Manages incoming work orders
  • Review Work Orders generated for proper content
  • Review alignment between requestor priority and target due date
  • Ensure all mandatory fields are populated on the work order prior to routing
  • Ensures correct work type is selected on the work order in alignment with SOP-416279 prior to routing
  • Cancel or return Work orders generated that don’t align with standards/SOP/Business practices
  • Ensure correct documentation on work orders requested to be cancelled
  • Ensure compliance of CC, CE and AAE Work Orders before routing
  • Routes work orders electronically via Workflow
  • Routes paperwork orders for approvals per Appendix C of SOP-416279
  • Reviews AAE work orders and any attachments for completeness and accuracy prior to routing
  • Processes and attaches incoming attachments electronically to work orders as appropriate
  • Manages disposition of paperwork orders and / or attachments
  • May generate updates to CMMS records that do not require AAE WO per SOP-416279, as appropriate
  • Track cancellation, RTWOA and Post Work Statuses for timeliness Work Order Closure
  • Monitors and manages maintenance backlog and past due work
  • Tracks and follow up PM completion towards end of the month.
  • KPI/Metrics Tracking and Management
  • PM Alignment/level loading and review of historical analysis
  • Act as site service manager for Maximo
  • Support Owners with Maximo data entry
  • Backup for Planners/Schedulers
  • Manage Work Orders Waiting Attention (Post-Statuses)
