Description
Overview We are looking for experienced, people-oriented individuals to join our inside sales team. This role will be responsible and take the initiative to develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying new accounts and expanding existing customers. This role will also play a key part in providing technical information, preparing and giving presentations, and preparing quotations for opportunities in new and growing markets. Responsibilities * Develop positive, professional relationships with your potential clients and your team members * Develop an understanding of Conservice processes and procedures * Manage sales cycles and close * Maintain and expand relationships with assigned customers * Communicate the value of Conservice to decision makers * Initiate new contacts through networking and coordination with your field counterpart * Provide timely, detailed and accurate forecast monthly/quarterly * Work strategically with Field sales counterpart to target, contact, and create engagements with net new companies and existing customers * Articulate Conservice's value proposition to new prospects and existing customers * Deliver comprehensive and accurate monthly and quarterly forecast   Education & Experience * 3+ years' experience in sales, and/or account management. * Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience * Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets     Qualifications Qualifications * Account management and new business sales focus * Defined sales process & methodology to drive repeatable & predictable results * Ability to understand the "bigger picture" and the business drivers around value propositions * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to explain complex processes in simple, understandable terms * Driven, approachable personality * Ability to manage your own time * Ability to create relationships with clients
