About the Role:
To provide professional and commercial support and expansion of existing customers and trade partners, as well as acquiring new customers (end customers and resellers) and expanding existing customers with the goal of maximizing sales, market share, and company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed technical and market knowledge of relevant sales partners in the respective market segments.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of trade partners together with the internal sales team and sales management.
  • Acquire new customers – bring agreed end customers in the sales area to a sales conclusion.
  • Support existing customers – manage sales partners in the sales area and ensure that customers are maintained by the SC Johnson Professional sales team.
  • Achieve the goals and targets agreed with the Sales Director or Sales Manager.
  • Conduct site visits at new customers, place tests with end customers.
  • Focus on innovations.
  • Train employees of trade partners.
  • Participate in trade fairs and events.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the consumer goods sector.
  • Experience and talent in selling complex products.
