POSITION OVERVIEW: Owns the consensus demand forecast by combining statistical baselines with commercial inputs to deliver a reliable, accurate, and unbiased demand signal for the business. This role partners closely with Commercial, S&OP, S&OE, Supply Planning, and Analytics teams to ensure forecasts support business objectives and enable optimal service, inventory, and capacity decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and publish the consensus demand plan, focused on 3-24 months horizon. Generate statistical baseline forecasts using segmentation, incorporate commercial inputs and validate assumptions. Provide monthly demand submission assumptions and scenarios to support trade-off discussions Monitor, track and improve forecast accuracy and bias Conduct root cause analysis for forecast errors across commercial events, bias, seasonality and lifecycle phases Create and maintain new product master data.
