POSTION SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Senior Associate demonstrates recruiting expertise in full cycle recruiting focused on hiring manager experience, recruiter effectiveness, and candidate experience to execute on talent acquisition strategies. You will partner with hiring managers and recruiting teams to identify, screen, and present qualified candidates for job openings. The ideal candidate is highly organized and delivers results through their knowledge of the market, passive candidate outreach and social media strategies.

The Talent Acquisition Sr. Associate is required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following areas:
Client Relationship Management
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and execute talent strategies.
- Effectively manage multiple clients’ recruiting priorities with successful outcomes.
- Develop, document and measure recruiting and sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search.
- Provide a consistent level of communication and relevant data points keeping your clients informed of priorities, recruiting activity, challenges, market intelligence and results learned through recruiting efforts.
- Leverage market intelligence and data insights to execute on strategy and make data driven decisions.
- Establish and foster collaborative working relationships with key clients and stakeholders including HR, Operations, Compensation and Resource Management.
Strategic Recruiting and Sourcing
- Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Assist in drafting and posting of job descriptions to various channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events & employee referrals
- Successfully manage sourcing campaigns to identify and engage diverse and high-quality passive candidates including social media, networking, and other channels. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other data systems.
- Manage an effective and efficient full-cycle recruiting process that is understood by your clients and stakeholders.
- Receive excellent feedback from candidates on their experience throughout the full recruiting life-cycle.
Talent Assessment
- Learn, adopt, and manage Huron’s interview framework to ensure candidates are adequately assessed and monitor quality of hire with your client and HRBPs to make improvements.
- Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Conduct initial recruiter screen to assess candidates’ experience and qualifications providing a well-written summary of your assessment to your client.
- Assist in the preparation of interview materials and provide support to hiring managers through the Interview process.
- Effectively facilitate and manage interview debriefs with hiring managers and interview teams.
Communication and Professional Acumen
- Effective communication, both written and verbal, with a variety of audiences at all levels.
- Maintain a clear, consistent, professional, and timely process for communication with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate a high level of self-awareness and ability to guide your behavior and know when to escalate challenges to leadership.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Current U.S. work authorization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Communications or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years executive level recruiting experience
- Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment, professional services or executive search firm.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with deep experience in professional services environments, specifically with the Oracle, CRM, and Workday ecosystems
- Change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, communication & presentation skills to drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with the ability to partner with a diverse group of professional skills and backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate succinctly and articulate clearly defined strategies.
- Proficiency in MS office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM or ATS, LinkedIn, Seekout and Boolean internet research.
